How to achieve mental freedom
Mental freedom is a difficult achievement
Achieving mental freedom and putting your true self out there is a lot like skydiving for the first time. There are a lot of things between you and the free fall. The more there is to cloud your vision, the more scary and apprehensive you become. Your mind complicates the task at hand and will reason that jumping is unsafe. It will tell you all the things your fear wants to hear. DON’T LISTEN. Clear your mind of the objection. Take in your goal. Ignite your flame. Set your sights for the free fall. It’s not about the clouds, it’s not about the ground, it’s not even about the parachute. It’s about being in control of your own mind. When you finally choose freedom, you will notice a couple of things: the free fall is only scary through the initial jump, once you jump, your mind will clear and your fall will be serine. You will now be able to focus on what’s important. Freedom and Flight. In this metaphor, you won’t be touching the ground. You don’t need it. You can’t reach the stars from down there. Landing is for the weak. You now must focus your mind on flight… you can fly higher than you’ve ever imagined. Close your eyes, but only for a second. Imagine your fire is dying and needs fuel. Oxygen is all around. Collect it. Draw in your power and unleash your fire. The flame will carry you wherever you need to go. Release yourself to it. It’s natural. Take all the hate, complaining, fear, and sadness you can muster up and let yourself feel it while you set your sights on your true desire, your destiny. Now. FLY. AND NEVER SURRENDER TO THE GROUND. If your free fall comes to an end. JUMP AGAIN.
