How to become a visionary

Vision is something we all take for granted and many can only see what they choose to see. The photo below represents such things. The focus is on the tree that has fallen down in front of you, blocking your path. While the rest of the options seem blurry and unfamiliar. Focus is important in vision, but one cannot forget to be flexible. You cannot forget to see the whole picture. Try to understand all you are faced with, or you will limit yourself to fewer options. Failure is ok, but don’t settle for allowing lack of vision to be the cause. If you become unlimited and open your mind to all possibilities, you will not only progress, you will breed innovation. You will breed change. And in the process, you will open other people’s minds, allowing their vision to broaden. You are a leader and you can create more leaders just by using your vision.
