Are you grateful?
As you can see, Gratitude doesn't always stand out. It doesn't always catch our attention. We all have a tenancy to overthink and focus on the negative rather than being grateful for what we have. 🌞Today, I challenge you. 💪🏼 Tell me or anyone 3 things you are grateful for and why. 😇Be honest. Then, I want you to start your mornings saying new things you are grateful for aloud and actually taking time to think about what you normally take for granted. Like, how that couch you sit on was built. How the engineer designed the sewer system so you don't have to put up with your own shit. 💩 How long those trees outside took to grow to make your yard so damn beautiful, like you. What shaped you as a person.
You see, I'm grateful for my negative experiences and the challenges I've faced in life. They fuel my mind and help me see the truth and become stronger. Other things I'm grateful for?
😎 I'll start:
☑️I'm grateful for my wife because she's an incredible person and does so many things for others. She takes care of everyone before herself. She always tries to uplift me and is there when I need her. She is a leader.
☑️I'm grateful for my children because they teach me powerful lessons everyday and teach me to become a better father and person. Also they are fun and super cute.
☑️I'm grateful for my (whole) family and all of my friends because they have always been incredible to me and have always listened to me, no matter how crazy I seem. They are all inspiring people.
😏 Your turn.
